At Waterfield Designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items in original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully pack your item in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure it arrives back at our workshop in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 3 to 5 business days.
